- Reduce Light Sources – Curtains that block light can help ensure her room stays dark while she sleeps.
- Eliminate Jarring Sounds – Some sounds can help a person sleep but others interrupt sleep. White noise machines can often mask jarring sounds, helping a person sleep better at night.
- Pay Attention to the Temperature – Not too hot and not too cold will help your loved one sleep more soundly.
